ALL COACHES WILL:
- treat all players equally and with respect and at no time verbally, physically or mentally abuse a player or use foul language towards them.
- treat all officials and other coaches with respect
- help each player develop their skills to their fullest potential in a positive manner realizing that all children are individuals with different ability levels which must be considered when learning to play.
- provide a safe environment in which to play hockey.
- exemplify good sportsmanship at all times.
- remember that winning is a consideration but not everything, especially at the expense of physically or mentally hurting a player.
- communicate freely with other team coaches.
- Inform players and parents about skills clinics and tournament play in a timely manner.
- remember that hockey is a TEAM sport.
- REMEMBER IT'S JUST A GAME.
