2020-2021 Registration Update 10/7/20

Registration is open for the following age groups: 8U, 10U and 12U. 14U is closed as we only have roster spots available on our upper CBHL team at this time. We do have a few roster spots available in our 16U  program, and we may be able to accommodate a couple of skaters on our 18U CCHL team. Please contact me if you would like to register a 14U, 16U or 18U player for the 2020-21 season, and we will register your player if we have space available at their skill level.

Thank you,

Rob Wefelmeyer

ESHA Hockey Director

When registering your goalie please enter the discount code GOALIE on the shopping cart page of the registration for your goalie discount to be applied. IMPORTANT: Please register your goalie separate from any siblings so that the goalie discount does not get applied to all of the registrations. Thank you, and please contact me with any questions.

Registration Letter from our President

Hockey Family,

While the future is still unknown in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are looking forward with optimism that the 2020-2021 hockey season will happen. At this time we don’t know all the details but we have been encourage by our USA hockey district to open registration and begin to prepare for the upcoming season.

We realize that this brings many questions and we are going to do our best to address any and all questions that you may have. We are adding a Covid-19 FAQ section to our website that will address these questions. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact the ESHA board of directors.

ESHA registration system is now open for all of our programs 8U - 18U. We don’t know yet when we will have tryouts until we are giving the green light from PVAHA. If your intention is to play for ESHA this coming season, we ask that you would sign up. This will allow us to see how many players are in each age group, so that can have an idea on how many teams we will have for scheduling and league purposes.

ESHA board of directors have approved an 8 payment plan to help ease the cost of the program. In the past all payments were to be collected by December and this year we will allow those to be extended until February. If you are or experience a financial hardship please make the ESHA board of directors aware and we will do our best to work with each situation.

We are asking that you would go to and register and pay your initial deposit. This year the processing fees will be added to your initial deposit of $100 and will be approximately $25 for 8U and $50 for 10U -18U. You will also see an ad to purchase insurance, you do not need to purchase this insurance to protect you from Covid-19.

During the 2020-2021 season, if for any reason USA hockey, the PVAHA or the CBHL/CCHL prohibits play and or practice due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the club will refund to families amounts paid for any elevated games and/or practice ice slots. This will be in a prorated rate based on practice/ games that are missed.

We are excited for this season and look forward to getting back on the ice.
